Rustic Town Garden

The Brief

To rejuvenate a tired dated garden into a space with multiple seating areas, paths, steps and new planting schemes. A great transformation with a blend of materials to create different areas and styles within the garden.

The Concept

The upper seating area extending from the house has been created from a blend of Indian sandstone which has been cut into a great sweeping ark following the house. This raised upper area overlooks the garden and a central bespoke step leads you down and around the new feature planting scheme along a stone mosaic path.

The lower garden opens up into a walled mosaic patio area, creating a more rustic area to sit in the lower end of the garden. It’s a great design which includes the more formal area closer to the house and this secret second area in the lower garden, creating different areas for different times of the day and moods!
