Wildlife Garden Stream & Pond

The Brief

A garden design just outside of Carlisle which aimed to completely revitalise an existing water feature and pond and integrate a new viewing point patio and kitewinder stone steps, whilst maintaining a natural country aesthetic and emphasis on attracting wildlife.

The Concept

A great brief for this one which allowed us to create something very authentic and natural looking, and working within existing mature Hostas, Ferns and Astrantia gave the water feature an instant mature look upon completion.

A feature mosaic patio gave the platform for a bench to look right up the stream from the bottom of the garden. The sound of the water flowing towards you from this spot created such a great relaxation area and somewhere to take in the new pond and water feature.
