Classy country garden

The Brief

Clients provided an open brief to create a stylish lower garden of visual beauty to relax in and enjoy, in keeping with the open outlooks to countryside.

The brief was also extended for us to consider.  What could we do for the upper area for a potential phase 2 - well we gave that some thought over the forthcoming weeks and see those amazing results in Project 67.

The Concept

Phase 1 - The Lower Garden

A short but wide garden with open outlooks induced much thought to fulfil the brief and induce movement through the garden for different areas and times of day for busy clients wishing to relax on a weekend.

A large scale of work developed including initial clearance, drainage, fencing, walling, water feature and patio surround, trellacing and formal patio, walkways, gravel, planting, turfing, soil and lighting, the full monty!

All created in the wettest of winters at the bottom of a hill.  An incredible effort by all given the challenges faced, but what lovely results!
