Entertaining and relaxation oasis

The Brief

The acquisition of extra land generated a huge garden plot with the scope for almost anything, (albeit virtually flat land would mean significant landscaping) and after the installation of the outer periphery fence our clients instructed us to design and build something special for all the family.

The Concept

An open brief with lots of scope, and after circa 200 tonnes of excavation out and 170 tonnes of material in generated without doubt our finest quality work to date, incorporating a morning garden room with large pergola, quiet Japanese garden space, the evening boatyard deck and summer house, large raised waterfeature, large stream, bridge, play area and large pool, turfing, walling, paths, planting, feature 2 and 3 tonne rocks etc.

12 hard weeks, and some incredibly hard work, but what a project and what results!  To which we thank our clients for such a wonderful opportunity and our suppliers and supporting staff for reacting and supporting us so well.
